Community Guidelines & Commitments
Last Updated · January 2026
1. Respect and inclusion
Acremind is a tool for commercial real-estate brokers and managers collaborating on shared work. Treat every counterparty, broker, and firm member with the same professional respect you would expect on a live deal. Slurs, harassment, and threats — including those targeted at protected broker characteristics — are not tolerated.
2. Safety
Do not use Acremind to threaten, intimidate, or coordinate harm against any person or firm. Do not upload content that depicts the physical abuse of others or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this guideline without prior notice when the safety of users or counterparties is at risk.
3. Authenticity
Represent yourself, your firm, and your deals accurately. Do not impersonate another broker, fabricate listing facts, or misrepresent the source or chain-of-custody of any document you attach. Assistant outputs are drafts — you are responsible for confirming the truthfulness of anything you save to Workroom or send to a counterparty.
4. Enforcement
We investigate reports of guideline violations through the in-app report flow and through audit-log review. Consequences scale with severity and history: warnings, content removal, feature suspension, and account termination are all on the table. Your firm admin will be notified for any action that affects your access to firm-scoped resources.
